Tired Tuesday...again....

So I've joined up with the Eat Well Live Well Challenge...
My goal is to take 10,000 steps and consume 5 cups (total) of fruits and veggies....
So far I'm doing ok....I was about 900 short on my steps yesterday, but I had 8 cups so that's good :-)

I put on the long white dress for my momma and sister over the weekend...and happily it fit!

so...how'd I let an entire page of posts slip my attention? sorry!!

good goals. Have you tried pureeing a cup or two of cali blend veggies (carrots, broc, caul) and adding it to your mac-n-cheese? I did that yesterday (in addition to chunks of veggies) and it was a great success. Actually, I have pureed veggies and added them to many things with great success, as long as I don't tell H about it until after the fact ;-)

apparently. LOL I was looking at all the recommended pyramid stuff and I have no idea how on earth I'd get all that stuff in my body and not throw it right back up
